Sleeping and resting in this luxurious Sedona house has rejuvinated us all. We wake up and have great breakfast together, and talking about all the funny stories that have happened. The comfort of having a house to ourselves allows us to connect really well.
By noon, we have organized ourselves, delegated different needs for the tour and are working on them. Today, like every other rest day, is preparation for cycling or event days. After, working for a few hours, we are ready to hit Sedona. We drive to the local bike shop to get Kristian's wheel fixed, pick up some groceries, go to the bank, and drive by the Head Office for the Sedona Boys and Girls Clubs. We arrange two events for Wednesday!
The energy in Sedona is different from most places. There are Vortexes here, similar to Vortices found in the Himalayas. A Vortex is a place that of higher energy. To find out more information click here.
With the profound peace that we are feeling from this place we have a great meal together, and work on the presentations scheduled for Wednesday.
